Well, most of the best of the best didn't make it when the Bellarmine was destroyed...

So I guess it is the Next of the Best or Jewels from the Masses.

So... is it decided to universally use Icekatze's system? I think it would be best for the PbP medium that we use the same game system for our on-line action...so characters and capabilities are easily quantifiable between games.

Perhaps we could put a shine on the "into the depths" RP from the old Digital webbing forums we had going and apply the new rules to it.... it is just a suggestion. perhaps someone could back up the Into the depths IC posts and the character pages before they delete them for all eternity...

Are any campaigns still accepting players? Any using GURPS maybe even?

I love RP I just don't know how this would work.

well so far the rigidity of military make it hard not to improvise on thing. but am sure any campain can squeeze a new player or 2.

Although it seems to have turned into something rigid, operation deep strike was not intended as a strict military venue. The scout corps was never originally a particularly military organization in the first place, their original job being exploration, not combat. It had been my intent to throw problems at the crew and have people work out a course of action as a team, but it seems like it is currently not going quite as intended, at least it is going. If you'd like to join in on that plot, I'd be happy to have you along, there's plenty of room onboard. The more the merrier.

I really don't know how all this works, or which rulebooks to get... I'd love to do this, but I kinda need a little help I think.
