Because of the yellow coloration of this ship, and because it's in formation with the Resource Collectors, it's a pretty good bet that this ship is some kind of Resource Controller or similar vessel.

It looks a bit like the old Taiidan support frigate, which is a cool thing in my book.

In the second shot from the bottom it looks like one of the resourcers is docking.
