I work in software and we have long talked about iterative software processes being applied to manufacturing.
So its quite exciting to see someone actually doing it!

3d Printing?

How about raising the steaks?

And no, it's not just a terrible pun, but an actual technology. Besides, in the future, it could be used to print not only food, but possibly even replacement organs.

Morally revolting. The peasant slob of the future. The next protein fed conquerors can't ride soon enough out from their harsh environment.

You are what you eat, right? It seems that Mr. Arioch is a true humanitarian. :P
That movie is set in 2022, but it should be a nice change of pace compared to whatever's going on right now.

Now, back on topic, if there's one. If you have a rocket that can go to Mars, for example, and can print some food, you' still need a house.

However, in reality, establishing a colony on Mars would be incredibly difficult. At best, the settlers would live in underground habitats like mole rats.
