Re: Miscellaneous Loroi question-and-answer thread
Here's my theory: The Historians did shoot down the Bellarmine , but not because they had anything against the ship or Humanity as a whole. Instead, they have been attempting to prevent any instance of contact between Humanity and the warring powers of the area, by shooting down any ships that might...

Re: Terran Nuclear Tech (split from Terran Q&A)
I would imagine it would be the same, wouldn't it? There's no point in overbuilding the engines of a ship for acceleration the ship or its crew can't handle; the volume, mass and reactor fuel used up by larger engines is best used elsewhere. Bionic head removal, like the Borg queen? I think her left hand is still inside the sleeve of the pressure suit. It looks like t...

Re: Terran Nuclear Tech (split from Terran Q&A)
Hello! So, I've mostly been lurking for a while, but thought I would weigh in on the problems with automated drones. First, drones need to be controlled by something. Either by a platform in-system, or by another ship that is in formation with them. Having a ship controlling other ships avoids commu...
