Probably the most unusual ship type we've yet seen.

It really does look like something that might unfold into a diamond-shaped hyperspace gate.

In the IGN pre-E3 video, we see a ship of this type under attack, and it appeared to simply vanish. It's not clear whether this was a graphical glitch, or indication that there was cloaking of some kind involved. It does seem from the video that this vessel is roughly frigate-sized, or about the size you would expect a cloak generator or gravwell generator to be.

There is no confirmed official information on this ship as yet.
