Re: Hello...
I remember that, it was by Kris Straub as a spinoff of Starslip. I know Starslip ended fairly recently, but I don't think he ever went back to that comic. Unfortunate, it's actually how I discovered Outsider (and a few other comics, actually).

Re: Hello...
Y'know, despite loving me some soft sci-fi, I've seen very very few episodes of Star Trek. Always kinda wanted to go on a big ST binge...

Actually, they might have brought movies and books and other such sundries just to show off human culture, too--say, for example, if they made contact and were then cut off from returning to Earth for the next few years for whatever reason. New allies will want to know stuff about you!

I have a guess who it is, but I seem to always be wrong in my speculative story guesses, so I'll just wait until it happens.Karst45 wrote:Arioch wrote:(a variant of that interchange is coming up shortly with a different character).

Well no time like the present--
I honestly have never done anything in IRC. Is there a favorite, trusted client? If so, do I need to do anything other than download/install?

Re: WIP Discussion (Part 1!)
Alex Jardin, HERO OF THE IMPERIUM I can actually see that. And it makes an earie amount of sense. Except Alex doesn't have a chainsword OR bolter. Or heavy artillery support.
