Re: [RP]Cydonia Rising [IC]

Post number: 61 Charlie watched as Sonni approached, she had the look of an officer who was about to administer lashings by tongue. His heart lightened considerable upon seeing her visage soften, Charlie must have been looking to hard at Sonni as he noticed a violet tinge of a blush coloring on her...

Re: Miscellaneous Loroi question-and-answer thread

the formating of my comparison was kinda fucked up....ahwell. on the leadership issue, it was actually most hitler that fucked up royally, the guy went bugshit crazy after the war had gone on for a while, but considering the drugs he was on not too surprising. most of the rest were reasonably sane....

Re: [RP]Cydonia Rising (OOC)

I used a few points, since I have a few more now. Swimming I (1) - Scuba Boating I (2) - Small Boats Piloting I (4) - Loroi Shuttle I figured that in the future water skills may be more important considering that my country is a coastal one, so I guessed it was included in training. I made Piloting ...

Post number: 59 As it burned, Charlie could only muse that it got what deserved. [You fools! Re: Miscellaneous Loroi question-and-answer thread

There`s a reason dogs are man`s best friend. I think Dogs is a pretty cool guy. Eh plays fetch and doesnt afraid of anything. Wouldn`t the Loroi prefer an animal that has being used in battle before, is renown for loyalty and will never stab you in the back to an animal that barely tolerates your pr...

Re: Discalculia (off-topic posts split)

Criminals will still retain those guns. How exactly will gun control help at all? Even if it did illegal guns can still be brought in, and guns at still easily be made. The same way having driving licenses helps keep people that shouldn't be driving off the roads. Also, it is not easy to make guns....

Re: Discalculia (off-topic posts split)

As for very strict laws reducing gun crimes, generally yes it does work, yet don`t forget that they always was a marked increase in other weapons crimes. Violent criminals will use are tool to achieve their ends. Yes, violent criminals will use other tools to achieve their ends, which is why many i...

Re: Discalculia (off-topic posts split)

Guns make it easier to kill people. Nations with less guns or where gun ownership is outright illegal have on average far fewer gun related deaths and fewer murders in general because of this. Guns make killing easy and therefore a much more attractive choice. A good example is Japan for gun contro...

Remember Dihydrogen monoxide is fatal if inhaled.

On Nukes, I would hope that they would be far more powerful to be used as weapons against alien ships. As I know they are far less powerful when exploded in space.

@Grayhome I suppose you could say that more people are killed by car accidents than by gun shots. Therefore cars are more dangerous. Re@fredgiblet Would you say you are currently depressed? Re: Miscellaneous Loroi question-and-answer thread

After searching for Beards and Loroi. I discovered that Loroi males can`t grow beards, Loroi females look oddly manley with beards and fanfic about beards isn`t that great. Alex won`t grow a beard due to medical face zapping. I don`t think Loroi would be surprised by beards, but how would both the f...
